JFlick Photography is located in the Montrose area of Houston, TX.

Who is Janna Flick? Janna is originally from Montana, she grew up in the capital city of Helena and graduated with a degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Montana, Missoula. She's been a Houstonian now for 20 years. Growing up "Flick" spent most of her life in front of the camera while she was competing for Miss Montana or Miss Texas and then as a professional AFL, NBA and NFL dancer. So when "Flick" picked up the camera 10 years ago it was a natural switch to the other side of the lens. As a photographer her passion is shooting the nightlife, she's been on stage with many internationally known DJ's such as ATB and David Guetta. 

Her main focus now is on the family and growing with them through the years. From engagement, to the wedding, the pregnancy, and the family portraits. 

She's unconventional, relaxed and definitely fun. "Flick" wants to have a conversation with you while she snaps away, she's not going to ask you to strike a pose. She likes to capture the real you, not a forced smile but a real cheek hurting grin. She takes the time to get to know you so your pictures will turn out just as you hoped.

Who is Janna Flick? That's me, yep, I'm her, she is me and I am her. I'm the one behind the camera blinding you with my flash. I've spent most of my life on the other side of the camera as a model, competing in pageants or dancing for the Houston Texans as Texans NFL Cheerleader. So when I picked up the camera 10 years ago it was a natural thing for me. I've worked for local magazines in Houston, clubs, special events and general free lance photography. Those are all great but this is really about you and your photo session.

I'm unconventional, relaxed and definitely fun. I'm not going to pose you and make you uncomfortable. I want to have a conversation with you while I snap away. I like to capture the real you, not a forced smile but a real cheek hurting grin. If you are comfortable with me, your photographer, your pictures will turn out just as you hoped. So let's get to know each other behind my lens.
